Villa Oro is set within a private Mediterranean estate on Mallorca’s east coast, offering a rare combination of space, privacy, and open sea views. The villa is fully air-conditioned and designed for relaxed, comfortable stays, with generous living areas that open out towards the gardens and terraces. Five en-suite bedrooms provide privacy for each guest, while the overall layout creates a sense of openness without ever feeling exposed. The surrounding grounds extend across approximately 6,000 m², with mature Mediterranean planting, soft lawns, and natural stone paths connecting a series of quiet corners and seating areas. Throughout the day, there is always a place to enjoy the sun or retreat into the shade. The setting feels private and secluded, yet remains well connected to some of the island’s most charming coastal spots.

The villa sits next to Vall D’Or Golf, which can be reached on foot, and enjoys open views stretching towards the sea. Portocolom is just a short drive away, known for its relaxed harbour, local restaurants, and authentic character. Cala D’Or, with its marina, small boutiques, and a wider selection of restaurants, is also within easy reach, as are a number of beautiful bays along the east coast.

Each of the five bedrooms is designed as a quiet, comfortable retreat, with a clean and contemporary style that feels both refined and easy to live in. The spaces are bright and well-proportioned, with soft tones and quality materials throughout. Every bedroom has its own en-suite bathroom, and three of them feature hydro-massage bathtubs, adding an extra layer of comfort for longer stays.

Outdoor living naturally becomes part of the day here. The 17-metre swimming pool is the focal point of the garden, surrounded by a sun terrace with high-quality loungers, ideal for long afternoons by the water. A jacuzzi and outdoor shower add to the relaxed, wellness-oriented atmosphere, making it just as enjoyable to stay in as it is to explore the island.

Several terraces and balconies offer different perspectives across the gardens and out towards the sea, while a comfortable outdoor lounge area next to the house is perfect for slow afternoons or early evening drinks. Inside, the living area creates a more intimate setting, with comfortable seating, a fireplace, and a calm, inviting atmosphere for quieter moments.

The kitchen is fully equipped and designed for easy, everyday use, whether for a simple breakfast or a more elaborate meal.
