September might just be one of the best-kept secrets for a yacht charter in Mallorca.
The height of the summer season may be coming to an end, but Mallorca certainly isn’t. The days are still warm, the Mediterranean has had an entire summer to heat up, and the island begins to feel noticeably more relaxed. Popular bays are less crowded, restaurant reservations become easier to secure and there is a little more freedom to simply enjoy the coastline at your own pace.
And perhaps best of all, a yacht charter doesn’t necessarily have to mean committing to an entire day.
This September, our Absolute 47 Fly TRES AMIGOS is available for flexible 4-hour, 6-hour and full-day 8-hour yacht charters from Palma de Mallorca.
Whether you want to escape for a few hours, spend an afternoon swimming in beautiful bays or make an entire day of it, here is what you can expect.
4 Hours: The Perfect Half-Day Yacht Charter
Is four hours enough for a yacht charter in Mallorca? If you choose the right itinerary, absolutely.
For a 4-hour charter aboard TRES AMIGOS, we recommend cruising from Palma towards the beautiful Delta coastline. Rather than trying to cover as much distance as possible, a half-day charter is about slowing down: enjoying the cruise, finding a beautiful spot to anchor, swimming in clear Mediterranean water and relaxing on board.
It is an ideal option for couples, families, groups of friends or anyone visiting Mallorca for a shorter stay who wants to experience a private yacht without dedicating an entire day to it.
September rate:
1,925 yacht charter + €300 skipper + €200 final cleaning.
Total: €2,425 including VAT, plus fuel according to consumption.
A stewardess can be added upon request for €200.

6 Hours: More Time to Explore
Six hours gives you that little bit of extra freedom.
With more time available, you can explore several bays rather than choosing just one destination, spend longer swimming and relaxing at anchor and enjoy a more leisurely experience aboard.
For the occasion, we can also help arrange catering to be delivered directly to the yacht before departure. Enjoy lunch on board, find your favourite anchorage and turn six hours into your own private day on the Mediterranean.
September rate:
€2,360 yacht charter + €300 skipper + €200 final cleaning.
Total: €2,860 including VAT, plus fuel according to consumption.
A stewardess can be added upon request for €200.

8 Hours: The Full Mallorca Yacht Experience
If you want to make the yacht your base for the day, an 8-hour charter gives you the freedom to experience much more of Mallorca’s coastline.
Spend the morning cruising and discovering different bays, anchor for swimming and make use of the water toys on board before heading ashore for lunch at one of Mallorca’s seaside restaurants.
With a full day available, there is no need to rush from one stop to the next. You can simply enjoy the yacht, the sea and wherever the day takes you.
September rate:
€2,950 yacht charter + €300 skipper + €200 final cleaning.
Total: €3,450 including VAT, plus fuel according to consumption.
A stewardess can be added upon request for €200.

Meet TRES AMIGOS
TRES AMIGOS is an Absolute 47 Fly, designed to make the most of Mallorca’s outdoor lifestyle.
One of her greatest advantages is the amount of space she offers across several different areas. Stretch out on the sun lounge at the bow, head upstairs to the flybridge for beautiful views while cruising, or gather around one of the dining areas on the flybridge or at the stern.
There is also a comfortable interior dining area when you want a break from the sun.
This variety of spaces makes TRES AMIGOS particularly well suited to groups: everyone can spend the day together without feeling like they all need to occupy the same part of the yacht.
For full-day charters, there is also plenty of time to enjoy the water toys, including a paddleboard and snorkelling equipment.
Why Charter a Yacht in Mallorca in September?
July and August may be Mallorca’s most famous summer months, but September has an appeal of its own.
The weather is still wonderfully suited to spending time on the water, while many of the busiest summer crowds begin to disappear. Anchorages become more peaceful, the atmosphere around the island is more relaxed and getting a table at a favourite seaside restaurant can become considerably easier.
September can therefore offer the best of both worlds: the Mediterranean summer experience, with a little more space to enjoy it. It is also a great month for spontaneous plans.
While we always recommend reserving your preferred charter date as early as possible, last-minute availability aboard TRES AMIGOS can sometimes be found throughout September. If you’re already in Mallorca and suddenly decide that tomorrow looks like the perfect day to be on the water, it is always worth asking.
Which Yacht Charter Is Right for You?
If you simply want a taste of life on the water, four hours is enough for a beautiful escape from Palma and time at anchor.
If you would like a slower pace, catering on board and the opportunity to discover more than one or two bays, six hours offers an excellent balance.
And if your idea of the perfect Mallorca day includes cruising, water toys, swimming, lunch ashore and plenty of time to relax, choose the full eight hours.
There is no single right way to experience Mallorca from the water.
Sometimes four hours is all you need to make a holiday memorable.
